Our AW (Analytical Wing) carries out continuous Business Analytical Process to ensure Service Quality at all times based on various criteria such as understanding and improving Operations, identifying problems in a systematic manner and establishing reliable service performance measures with adequate application methods for measuring Customer Satisfaction. Our AW believes in “Improved Service Quality causes Economic Competitiveness”.


APT represents a team of qualified and experienced engineers, supervisors, technicians, managers and supporting staffs in the Corporate Office located in Bangalore City and other Sites / Project Offices at different parts of the County. Our Training Dept ensures on-going training process to keep the staff abreast with the “Needs and Measures” of the Industry in a holistic manner.
